These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of products on Dansprint.com.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Maestro, JCB We also accept payment methods like MobilePay and PayPal. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order. The correct amount will be withdrawn from your account once your parcel has been shipped.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Dansprint, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All amounts are in DKK and are including taxes.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, Dansprint uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Dansprint will be completed when we email you to confirm that the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
All goods are sent with GLS unless otherwise agreed or desired by the customer, and goods are delivered every weekday. Your goods will be delivered 1-3 days from the order. If the goods are not in stock, we will contact you about the delivery date. If you want to pick up the goods you are welcome in the shop at Hvidovre. You will be notified by email when the goods are ready for collection.
We offer free shipping on all orders above 500 DKK, if the goods weigh under 20kg and/or under 2 meter long. On all orders below 500 DKK, we will charge a fixed fee of 49 DKK per order. Dansprint ship all parcels with GLS to a shop nearby you or to a company address.
Kayaks, Canoe, Ergometers and full lenght paddles can be picked up in the Store in Hvidovre. We can arrange transport within Denmark for your expense and risk. We will contact you concerning pickup or freight quote.
We offer shipping of Goods under 10kg and/or under 1,5 meter long for 20,-Eur.This covers ordinary insured parcels transport.

All claims regarding damaged goods must be made immediately upon arrival of the goods for visible damages and no later than 7 days after arrival for all other damages not visible upon arrival.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We doubt it will happen, but if you are unhappy with a product, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return it. Please notify us via email as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving your order. Made to order items cannot be returned.
How do I return an item?
Simply follow these steps below:
Send us an e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Make sure that all items in your return are unused and in original packaging with all labels still attached. Please make sure that all items are securely wrapped and remember to avoid attaching labels directly on the products you wish to return or on the original wrapping from the brand. You are required to return the product(s) in the same condition as you received it (them) in. This includes all original packaging and labels attached to the products.

You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods. Please note we do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery). Returning goods should be sent to:
All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.
Once we have received the items, we will reimburse the amount (subject to approval of return).
We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We offer a 2-year warranty according to the Danish Sale of Gods Act (Købeloven). Our warranty is subject to defects in materials and/or fabrication. The warranty does not apply to errors or damages caused by improper use of the product.

If a refund is accepted, you must provide us with the needed bank account details, so we may reimburse the agreed upon amount. Reasonable shipping costs will also be refunded by Dansprint. Please note that we do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).
RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact os on email@example.com.
You may also submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online on www.forbrug.dk
If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The purchase of products on Dansprint.com is subject to Danish law. Any disputes will be settled by the Danish courts.
