1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These terms apply to all purchases made on Dansprint.com.
2. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Maestro, JCB, and MobilePay.
Payment is only charged when your order has been dispatched.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. All payments are subject to validation and approval by the card issuer.
All prices are stated in DKK or EUR and include VAT unless otherwise specified.
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance.
A binding agreement is formed only when you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for objective reasons, including payment issues, suspected fraud, or stock availability.
4. DELIVERY
Orders are shipped via GLS or DSV unless otherwise agreed.
Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days.
Shipping within Europe is from €33.75, depending on size, weight, and destination. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before completing your order.
For oversized items (e.g. kayaks, canoes, ergometers), shipping costs will be quoted separately before order confirmation.
If delivery cannot be completed within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
5. DAMAGED GOODS
Any visible damage must be reported immediately upon delivery. Hidden damage must be reported within 7 days.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.
To exercise your right, you must notify us by email within this period.
You then have 14 days to return the goods.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
You are only liable for any reduction in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.
Refunds include the original standard delivery cost (excluding any additional delivery services).
Custom-made or clearly personalized items cannot be returned.
7. RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item:

- Email mail@dansprint.com with your order number
- Ensure the item is unused and in original packaging
- Return the item securely packaged

We do not accept COD shipments.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
8. REIMBURSEMENT
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
9. WARRANTY (REKLAMATIONSRET)
You have a 2-year right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).
This covers defects in materials or workmanship.
Depending on the situation, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

11. PRIVACY AND COOKIES
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the Danish courts.
